(May be) Human is Divine

May be Human is Divine.

What is divine ? why this term divine or god - used to compare human? Why can't be human be just human. Btw, how is the "term" god different from the "term" good ?

Trouble is - there is no single definition of what is good. What is good can be totally otherwise in a different set up or later time or may be not. 

The difficulty is determining what is good or bad - may be it is all a perspective (something I wrote a long while back - about 14-15 years ago). 

So what is god then ? ok too much of a digression and wandering on this topic.

This is probably one of the best scenes where the need for god is discussed in realistic terms.

Irony

Even the people who believe in god, won't believe in the principles (that made him god) he/she spoke of. Then, what is the belief in god ?

If somebody speaks of the same principles in life, forget being respected, they are not even believed or cared for.

The different avatarams of god (story or otherwise) talks about him/her coming to resolve the அநீதி. If the same is asked by any living soul, they are disregarded and neglected.

Things as simple as online shopping or offline shopping or amazon prime day or panividai is more than enough to get all involved happily and neglect/keep on neglecting anything 'else', as that always becomes the outcome. Whatever I wished for - kambili poochi or thoughts or what not - in as is post all stand no chance in the face of all care given and taken and multi-vitamin 'special' supplements of this special time. Presence eh illama....watte comedy by me - paithiyum me....phew :D

நட்ட கல்லும் பேசுமோ? நாதன் உள்ளிருக்கையில்

I heard part of this tamil poem and googled to find out more about it. It is an interesting Tamil poem by a siddhar and is interpreted/quoted in equal terms by both believers and non-believers in the concept of god.


Believers in concept of rationality seem to interpret the highlighted line as -

"நட்ட கல்லை தெய்வம் என்று நாலு புட்பம் சாத்தியே
சுற்றி வந்து மொணமொணன்று சொல்லுமந்திரம்ஏதடா?
நட்ட கல்லும் பேசுமோ? நாதன் உள்ளிருக்கையில்
சுட்ட சட்டி சட்டுவம் கறிச்சுவை அறியுமோ?"

Believers in concept of god seem to interpret the highlighted line as -

"நட்ட கல்லும் பேசும்; ஓ(ம்); நாதன், உள்ளிருக்கையில்"

This above god based interpretation was told by the great Tamil language & life/culture proponent, Maramalai Adigalar.

Anyways....

My question is, when Nathan is inside, why do people search for him outside, in temples or thru slogams etc ? Also, why don't people even believe in him/Manasatchi/heart/intuition and act ?
